The Best Ways to Lose Half Your Body Weight

Hello, my friend! I totally relate when I saw that kind of question you asked. Because there’s a ton of ways of losing weight: some are hard, some are easy. There’re people who are comfortable with physical exercises ( though this is hard to stay motivated and focused) and there are those who are comfortable with dieting, fasting etc. etc. I’m going to suggest this to you, and I Know that if you take action; results are unavoidable!
Let’s dive in together then…
I guess you know that defining a body type by using a piece of fruit is an outdated stenography, right? This is obvious because it doesn't tell us much but only reminds us what our flaws are. Isn’t it? Here are some Medicine unit pored through some research that will even let you know more than ever (I believe) about why your fat deposits are where they are!
Question: Which body type are you? The reason why you need to know this is because it’s going to help you maximize your Weight loss results...
Let’s assume that you have a mirror right in front of you. Where’s the largest concentration of your body fat?
1. If you carry weight around your midsection between your chest and hip bone you may be the stress type.
2. If you see a pinchable fat on the side also called “love handles”, you might be the sugar type.
3. Fat around your hips butt and thighs? You may be an estrogen type.
4. Now raise your arms! Do you see some excess skin under there? If yes, you could be the T-type.

Hopefully, you know your body type by now (please, note that it may be a combination of more than one).
My next question is: Now that you’re aware of your body type, what are you going to eat to maximize your results?
It becomes easier...
A. Stress type: If you are of this type, you may feel a little stressed out, always snacking, you strike at different times of the day or, sometimes right before you go to bed, you’re snacking, munching on something and, at the end of the day; pounds go on and land right there, actually deep under the muscle.
The reason you get this kind of weight is because of the stress that makes you eat things you shouldn't but also, very specifically makes you put quarters.
The cortisol [an adrenal-cortex hormone (trade names Hydrocortone or Cortef) that is active in carbohydrate and protein metabolism] alerts your body about a situation (a bad one: famine for example) that may happen or that things aren't good so, store all the calories and put them around my intestines around my liver to get myself protected. Yes, your body's trying to help but it's doing the wrong thing for you for it creates this stress type collection of fat which tends to be sort of dangerous with issues like heart disease; things you wouldn’t want.
The good news is that you don’t have to fear at all because there’s a bunch of solution (there is always a solution by the way). I'm going to suggest a good solution if you are of this type which is pretty much easy and simple.
You're going to try if you can to eat carbohydrates (Eat your complex carbs warm) but; make sure it’s the right kind. Okay?
Because they're going to sue you and you need that warm for the carbs, as we all know that they make more that "feel-good" hormone serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine) but the warmth also soothes you, it helps to stress you.
What are you going to do? Just do the regular things that are good for your body but add to it something to address with your main problem which is “the stress”. I got a little idea for you; your breakfast’s going to be morning smoothies: some yogurt, almond butter, some flax seeds squashed, banana then, add some oatmeal.

Meals are a complex carbohydrate which won’t rush into your bloodstream, not going to panic your body but it's just soothing.
The next step is simply to microwave it for a minute and; there you go… You got your morning smoothie. It's an antidote to the stress type weight gain and hopefully, you will enjoy It.
Finally, relax, don't penalize yourself and deal with the stress with a little bit of nudge with the right foods and all of a sudden you can make yourself look the way you want to look.
B. What about the sugar type people or those who hold the fat around their middle?
They have a little bit of those love handles and they love sugar (It’s not a surprise).
Now, the problem with sugar is insulin. If not because of this hormone, it wouldn't be a big deal. But when you have a lot of sugar, the insulin has to deal with it and when you make more of it, guess what it does? It says: “store the sugar as fat” and it does very meticulously: It goes to certain parts of your body and in many cases, it'll become those love handles.
so, to deal with it you have to use sugary lowering techniques. I got a suggestion for you:
Get a pancake! If you like sugar, this will taste wonderfully wonderful…
What are you going to use then? Just mashed banana with only two eggs and put a little cinnamon on there. Remember: there's no flour in that! I hope it’s not hard to believe…eggs+ banana= pancake? Ooh Yes! The good thing with this is that there’s no insulin. You just replaced the taste so; you don’t need sugar.

Also, garlic and oregano and sage are herbs that take you in a different direction than sugar so you won't feel compelled to put sugar in your body.
Got it? I hope you did! some other day off diet ideas and you'll surely see the fat coming off especially the love handle area. That’s it!
C. The estrogen type.
These are people who store their fat around their hips and their thighs. People, when the childbearing years are progressing, will often not only have a lot of estrogens but also strong PMS symptoms as well and maybe, they get tired and they may want to overeat.
If you want to deal with the estrogen you have to deal with the “foods reading” because they can help block the estrogen, however, add the cruciferous vegetables and they very specifically seem to help you deal with estrogen levels. So, find the Brussel sprouts, the broccoli, the cabbage, cauliflower, daikon, kale and make them part of what you're eating.

D. Finally, the T-type are those who have trouble building muscles and they, therefore, have a little excess flab and skin on their arms.
T stands for testosterone. We want to build muscles but the question is how do you have it happen? A big problem for a lot of people (for some reasons) is they don't have enough vitamin D and that impacts their testosterone levels. So, I want you to include foods, include a tool to get you more vitamin D.
I want you for lunch or dinner, a couple of times a week, to include a protein that has vitamin D.
Classically, those are cold-water fish, salmon sardines.

What does it feel like to be fat?

I was fat almost my entire life and it feels like hell.
I thought I was normal until I started to go to kindergarten and kids treated me differently than they treated others. They were calling me fat and hitting me and the worst of all was when we were having a nap in the afternoon, then other kids would get up from their beds and walk over me, which hurt when they would step on my stomach.
Then in elementary school they started to bully me immediately, they called me "bacon bomb" , "pig", "fattie", they would hit me,punch me,stab me with pins. Once one of the boys had wooden stick that was really sharp on top and he threatened to stab me with it so he was chasing me all the way to the toilet, where I locked myself so he couldn't reach me anymore.
Nobody ever wanted to sit next to me and when teacher said they have to sit next to me they hated it.
Sometimes boys would take my pencil box and play football with it. Once I had pencil box that I got with puddings so it had brand name on it so few boys said "It was required to send 3 empty packs of pudding to get that pencil box but Nina sent 100."
Whenever somebody farted in the class they would say it was me.
Whenever we would go on a trip I would be the only one sitting alone in the bus.
When we would play group games on physical education class, team leaders had to choose members of their team and of course I was the last one chosen.
At age 11 I enrolled in karate class and there was one girl who was hitting me very hard and she would say she's doing that because I'm fat and while she was hitting me she was saying things like "you fattie" or "stupid fattie".
Once around Easter time one girl looked at my fat legs and said " We are going to cook your leg for Easter". The teacher heard her and she didn't say anything, she just uncomfortably looked at me and smiled.
On the streets people would also laugh at me and scream insults.

This is me when I was 14
In high school it didn't get any better. At first I thought I befriended one nice guy but later I found out he was talking nasty stuff about me behind my back.
People from my class would stand in groups and talking and when I wanted to join them they would say "Nobody invited you." or "You are not welcome." At that time it was popular to have blogs so I had one too and one girl from my class was commenting nasty things on my posts, like "you're fat" or "just continue filling yourself up with sweets".
One time I saw one girl from my class on the street and asked her where she was going and she replied: "To see someone you will never have." (meaning boyfriend)
When teacher told one girl she would have to sit next to me during classes from now on she started to cry and the other girl came to comfort her and she said: " I know how you feel when you have to sit there."
Boys on school hallways and outside of school used to make pig sounds or scream: "Babe give me your number" when I was passing by and laugh.
Winters were always the worst, especially before Christmas and New year when they were using firecrackers; then I was afraid I wouldn't make it home alive after school. If there was snow they would throw big ice blocks they would find under the snow at me.
Once two girls at class were talking random stuff and one of them said " I wouldn't feel disgusted to drink water from the same bottle after someone." and the other said " Even after Nina?!" and first girl said "Welll...maybe."
If someone from my class had a birthday party they would invite everyone but me.
When I was around 16 or 17 I had a friend who was normal weight and she always used to have boyfriends and all guys liked her and sometimes I would ask her what some of the guys she was friends with thinks of me and she would tell me how they think that I'm disgusting and ugly and they wouldn't even touch me with gloves on their hands. Once we were taking a walk and saw two guys we knew and one of them told me " You are pretty" and I said "Thank you" and as soon as they left my friend said "He was just kidding when he said you were pretty."
In college things got a bit better, people there weren't bullying me for my weight anymore. But enough damage was already done and I'm not able to function socially as normal people do. I have hard time making friendships and getting into relationships and if I do get into one I'm extremely jealous and constantly scared the person I'm in a relationship with will find someone prettier than me and break up with me.
Also, one of my friends who is very good looking posts photos with other friends on Instagram but not with me, probably because she's embarrassed.
During the last couple of years I lost a lot of weight and I'm doing better but the damage that has been done to me is beyond repairable.

This is me now, still not perfect weight but I'm doing much better.

How do I lose weight when I am 100 kg?

Thanks for your invitation. I think you should make a great effort into it since it is kind of hard to weight loss when you are in 100 KG. But let us do it gradually and healthy.
For many people, losing weight seems like an impossible task. The basic rule of weight loss is that you burn more calories than you consume
1. Develop Good Eating Habits:

Generally speaking, people with obesity prefer meat and oil foods. These foods are high in calories, easy to form fat, and easy to cause imbalanced nutrition and affect physical health. Therefore, for good health, we must develop good eating habits. First of all, the diet should be regular, not overeating, three meals a day should be eaten on time, and vegetarian foods should be balanced to ensure balanced and comprehensive nutrition. When eating, you should also pay attention to some small details, such as drinking soup before eating, not eating too fast, learning to chew slowly and so on, etc., can play a certain degree of weight loss.
2. Have a Regular Life Schedule:

Developing a good work routine is not only beneficial to your own health but also has a certain effect on weight loss. For some young people, staying up late is almost a part of life. In fact, poor schedules can easily cause a series of adverse symptoms such as insomnia, forgetfulness, restlessness, and decreased immunity. In addition, many people like to eat supper at night. Studies have shown that it is easy to gain weight after eating at 9 o'clock in the evening.
3. Exercise is Essential for Healthy Weight Loss:

Life lies in exercise. A proper amount of exercise can not only lose weight but also strengthen your physique, which is good for your health. Exercise is the king of health. According to relevant experts, exercising for half an hour a day can enhance people's happiness index. However, for people who lose weight, they only need to increase the amount of exercise and time at the beginning of the exercise. If the amount of exercise is too strong, once they stop, they will rebound very much, but it is no problem to slowly develop a habit. Exercise weight loss is one of our most direct and effective weight loss methods
4. If possible, you can go to Spa to do body slimming treatment with a cavitation machine :

There are lots of people tend to go to Spa and Salon to do body slimming treatment which is safe and painless. Or you can have your own body slimming machine at home. Then you won't spend lots of money to do slimming therapy. But you do by yourself.
hope these steps will be helpful for you guys

What are the common signs that I should start losing weight?

Being self conscious about your body is too common these days. But obviously the feeling of working hard and gaining a positive outcome from it is one that is hard to beat. That is why in today’s answer I will also tell you how to lose weight, and you can possibly get similar results as Jeff Hogan…

  1. So if you want to know if you’re overweight, you should first check the average weight of a person who is A) The same sex. B) The same height. And C) The same age. If you are over the average weight by a considerable amount, you are overweight. It’s important to remember that being overweight isn’t a bad thing (unless it affects your health), however if you want to lose it, read on.
  2. Another way to know if you are overweight is if you have health problems that directly relate to being overweight, for example if you are at risk of heart disease, or other life threatening illnesses. If this is the case you should take action immediately.
  3. A final way to know you’re overweight is if you look in the mirror and really want to make a dramatic change. If you look in the mirror, don’t like the way you look and don’t make a change, that’s called being lazy, self conscious and pathetic. If you look in the mirror, don’t like the way you look and do make a change, that’s called being motivated - these are the people that will make a better life for themselves.
How to do it
First off, it really isn’t complicated. If you put in the hours, discipline and effort it’s actually very straight forward. Losing weight consists of two things: What you put into your body, and what you make your body do.
Eating healthy - I understand that this takes a lot of discipline. If you are overweight you are likely a slave to the biscuit aisle. Here’s the answer - get someone else to do the food shopping for you. Whether it be your mum, dad, friend, uncle, auntie it doesn’t matter, just right down the foods you know you should have, give them your money and the list you make and there you go. The most convincing part about sugary foods is the picture they have on the box, if you aren’t looking at the pictures you won’t even be tempted. The most common excuse for this is “yeah… but I don’t have the money to afford healthy food”. Well you probably spend more money on foods that are making you fat than you would buying LESS food that actually makes you healthy!
The main thing you should buy is low fat carbs, such as rice and vegetables. Your meals don’t have to be disgusting to make you lose weight. They just have to be low fat. Use foods that you like that also have low sugar, low fat and low salt. Something you should stay away from is processed meat, this will feed you belly fat A LOT. Also fizzy drinks and alcohol (one pint of alcohol is the same as eating 7 whole slices of bread). Drink water, and smoothies containing fruits and some vegetables such as spinach.
Another important diet tip is breakfast. Don’t have any sugar cereals, stick to things like Wheetabix and other low sugar cereals. Another good breakfast item is toast with some form of nut spread, nuts and nut spreads are a good source of nutrition, along with cheese (don’t have too much), yogurt, eggs, fish and bananas.
Search some healthy meals online and get started with your diet today (it’s very important)!
Exercise - When it comes to exercise, you don’t even have to join a gym (although it will help). To start off, get moving more. Start going for walks around your local area, then walking faster and further, until you’re jogging. Remember you are trying to beat yourself, so improve everyday.
If you have the money, I would highly highly recommend joining a gym. There is a variety of weight loss and cardio machines that will help you decrease the amount of fat that sits on your body. If you do join a gym, speak to an instructor about which machines are best for weight loss and how to properly use them.
Regularly go on runs at night, or in the day - it costs nothing but effort which is a great price, you really have no excuse. And that’s really all there is to it. If we’re talking purely weight loss you don’t really have to worry about gaining muscle mass (but if you do there are some tips on muscle gaining on my Quora page). Remember to sleep and drink lots of water.
So the main points are - eat healthy, low fat foods. Move around a lot and put in the effort and you will see results.

9 Tips for Flat Abs

Like the quest for the Holy Grail, many people are on a mission to improve their abs. Luckily, lost abs can be found again with a little bit of effort. These nine simple exercises and lifestyle tips really work.
Slouch and your stomach pooches. Straighten up, and your tummy looks trimmer without breaking a sweat! For better posture, align your ears over your shoulders, shoulders over hips, hips over knees, and knees over ankles. Keep your shoulders open like a shirt on a hanger, not one draped on a peg. Draw your navel to your spine. Not least, keep your weight even on the balls of your feet and your heels.
Don’t get so into your abs that you overlook your other muscles. You'll look better if all your core muscles are firm. That includes your glutes and back muscles. Pilates exercises are one way to work all of the core muscles, plus the arms and legs. A boot camp class or personal trainer can do the job, too. New to exercise? Start slowly. If you've got a health issue, check with your doctor first.
Stand upright, feet apart. Lock your fingers to create a solid grip. Exhale, and sweep the hands, arms, shoulders, and chest to the left, as if you were rowing a canoe. At the same time, lift the left knee up and to the right. Inhale and return to the starting position. Exhale and perform the movement to the right. Keep switching sides for 20 reps.
Stand with feet together, arms out at your sides like airplane wings. Exhale, and lift the right leg forward and up. At the same time, sweep the arms forward at shoulder level and round your spine, like a cat. The navel should feel as though it's pressing toward the spine. Inhale, open back up, and return to the starting position. Repeat with your left leg. Switch between sides for 20 reps.
Stand upright with heels together, toes slightly turned out. Bring your arms up, hands joined, below the chin. Exhale and press your arms down. Keep your hands and arms very close to the body. At the same time, lift your heels off the ground onto your tiptoes. Hold for two seconds at the "top,” inhale, and return to the starting position. The abs go "in and up" and the arms go down. Do 20 reps.
You can do ab exercises until the cows come home. But if you've got extra belly fat, your strong abs won't show. To budge the belly fat, you have to look at what you eat and how active you are. Eat less and move more, and make good-for-you food choices. Think lean protein and veggies, not greasy burgers and fries.
Stability balls and Bosu balls, straps and bands, and joining a gym can add zip to a workout. But you don't really need any of them for stronger abs. Sneak an ab workout into your daily life. Stand straight and breathe out, while you draw your navel to your spine. Try this when you walk, stand in line at the store, or chat at a party.
Your favorite star's or athlete's abs are worth aiming for, but don't expect to mimic them. Your genes may play a role in your body's shape. That's no excuse to give up and head for the cookie jar, of course. Set realistic goals that are focused on your body, not on some perfect image. You'll wind up both firmer and happier.
Changing your midriff is a matter of slow and steady progress, not fast fixes. Your road to flat abs may even have some setbacks (hello, holiday eating!). But if you give it time and keep at it, your middle really can go from flab to fab.
